Wine Tours at Spain's Highest Vineyard
Walk the terraces, tour the stone cellar where the harvest becomes wine, and sit down for a guided tasting paired with local cheese and snacks.
The Experience
From the vine to the glass, in one afternoon
Your host Miguel leads every tour personally. You'll walk the terraced rows where the grapes are still hand-picked, step down into the stone cellar his grandfather built, and finish seated at a long wooden table for a guided tasting — five wines, paired with cheese, cured meats and bread from the village.

The Process
How our wine is made
Harvest
Grapes are hand-picked from the terraced rows, still cool from the mountain morning.
Press
The harvest is pressed the same day, just steps from where it was picked.
Ferment
The must ferments slowly in the cool, steady temperature of the stone cellar.
Age
Wine rests in barrel to develop its character before it's ready to bottle.
Taste
You'll taste the current vintage yourself, straight from the cellar where it aged.
The Tasting
Wine, paired the way we drink it at home
The tasting isn't just wine — it's a full board of local snacks chosen to go with it: cured Alpujarra ham, a wedge of local goat cheese, marinated olives, and warm bread from the village oven. Each pairing is there to bring out something different in the glass.
- 🍷 5 wines from the current and past vintages
- 🧀 Local goat cheese and cured meats
- 🫒 Marinated olives from the estate
- 🍞 Warm bread from the village oven
